Quality Assurance

Pro Mold is a company passed through ISO certified and follow up all the procedures required from ISO 9001.

 The quality controlling will be done as following steps:

1. During quoting and after receive PO, we will prepare a DFM and review all the tolerance and cosmetic specification etc. to make sure all tolerances and specifications we can achieve.

2. After T1 samples, we will provide full dimensions inspection report.

3. We always can provide material certificate, COC, metal composition test report, hardness report, color inspection report etc. if there is requirement from customer.

4. Quality inspection report will be provided with each shipment.
